Returns / Exchanges

Each product can be returned or exchanged within 14 days if listed in its original condition: labeled -hang-tags, textile tags, bathing pants included-, unworn, unwashed, and in its "polybag" protection ".

Subject to compliance with the previous contents, refunds are made via the means of payment used for the transaction, within 3-5 business days and upon receipt of returned documents. An email is sent for confirmation.

Shipping costs for a refund are your responsibility.

Shipping costs for an exchange are your responsibility. Nevertheless, for your first order, we offer as a commercial gesture the exchange fees. We realize that buying a new brand without trying is not always easy, so we want to give you the opportunity to choose the right size and the right model.

Steps :

1 - Send us a notification email back to theeshop@mielmelba.com,

2 - Place the product in its original condition inside a solid cardboard and closed carefully,

3 - Choose the postal item of your choice. We recommend adding an acknowledgment of receipt to ensure good reception at our address of your product.

We can facilitate your steps by organizing for you the return by Colissimo. Then all you have to do is leave your return in your mailbox.
